液压机器人与高压水射流相结合的油罐清洗方法

A tank cleaning method combined hydraulic robot with high-pressure water jet

  • 摘要: 针对某些油罐无法采用机械清洗或油罐经机械清洗后罐内仍剩余大量油泥的情况,研究引进了液压机器人系统和高压水射流清洗系统相结合的方式,解决了传统的纯人工油泥装袋外运清理作业劳动强度大、作业工期长、危险程度高等难题。在液压机器人系统和高压水射流清洗系统相结合的整个系统中,以液压机器人为主体,高压水射流为辅助,喷射高压水对罐底油泥进行搅拌流化,并有效减小油泥与储罐底板的摩擦力。该方式大大提高了机器人罐内清理油泥效率,同时实现了油罐清洗过程的机械程度与安全程度的最大化。

     

    Abstract: For some oil tanks, mechanical cleaning is unsuitable, or a lot of oil sludge is left after mechanical cleaning. Therefore, a method which combines hydraulic robot system with high-pressure water jet cleaning system is introduced. It eliminates the deficiencies of traditional manual oil sludge bagging and transportation, including heavy labor intensity, long working period and high risk level. The proposed system, with hydraulic robot as the main body and high-pressure water jet as assistant, can jet high pressure water to stir and fluidify the oil sludge at the bottom of the tank and effectively reduce the friction between the oil sludge and tank floor. This method can increase the oil sludge cleaning efficiency of robot largely and also maximize the mechanical participation and safety during the cleaning of oil tank.
