EPC模式下设计联合体的现场办公管理

Site office management of EPC consortium

  • 摘要: 重大复杂项目通常采取EPC模式,设计企业现场办公有利于各方及时沟通协调并提供技术服务。采取联合体形式在现场进行勘察、设计及服务工作,可以充分发挥EPC的设计优势,提高工程质量和加快工程进度,但由于牵涉单位、人员较多,专业背景相对复杂,对设计管理提出了巨大挑战。通过对中缅油气管道(国内段)第1、5标段设计联合体现场办公管理进行分析,提出了联合体现场办公的优缺点及管理工作的基本要求和主要内容,对今后类似项目管理具有借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: EPC mode is usually adopted in many major and complex projects. On-site working of design enterprises is conducive to keep relevant parties communicate and coordinate timely and to provide technical services. The enterprises carry out survey, design and services on site in form of consortium, which can give full play to the advantages of EPC, improve the project quality and speed up the construction schedule. However, multiple organizations and personnel with diversified professional background are involved in this pattern. It brings a huge challenge to design management. By analyzing the site office management of EPC consortium for Section 1 and Section 5 of the Myanmar-China Oil and Gas Pipeline (in China), merits and demerits of site office management and basic requirements and main contents thereof are collected. The study results can provide significant reference to the similar project management in the future.
