Equipment selection and design of the instrument air system in pump/compressor stations of pipelines

  • 摘要: 目前在国内石油天然气行业各类标准和手册中,对于站场仪表空气系统的规定较少,为规范石油天然气站场仪表空气系统的设备选型和设计方案,结合国内外仪表空气的相关标准规划和工程经验,阐述了石油天然气站场仪表空气系统的主要构成和设备选型的基本方法,根据气体状态方程推导出仪表空气系统风量和干燥空气储罐容积的计算公式,表明了仪表空气的关键质量指标,为石油天然气站场仪表空气系统的设备选型和设计提供了基本方法。

     

    Abstract: Currently, all standards and manuals of petroleum industry in China provide little regulations on the instrument air system in pump stations and gas compressor stations. In order to specify the equipment selection and design of such system, and combined with relevant standards and engineering experience of instrument air in China and abroad, this paper presents the main composition and basic approaches of equipment selection of the instrument air system in the stations. The calculation formulas of the blast capacity of instrument air system and dry air tank volume based on the gas state equation are derived which indicate the key quality indexes of instrument air. It provides a basic way for the equipment selection and design of instrument air system in the stations.
