天然气地下储气库可靠性评价方法

Reliability evaluation method of underground gas storage

  • 摘要: 根据系统可靠性理论,借鉴电力系统可靠性的研究成果,对天然气地下储气库可靠性评价进行了初步探索,从安全运行方面研究,确定了天然气地下储气库系统可靠性参数,包括故障率、可靠度、可用度,提出了相应的计算方法;从用户需求方面研究,建立了天然气地下储气库系统可靠性评价指标,包括缺气时间概率、缺气时间频率、缺气时间期望值、缺气平均持续时间、缺气量期望值、系统缺气量指标、停气影响严重性指标,形成了相应的计算方法。可以根据停气影响严重性指标划分天然气地下储气库系统的可靠性等级,为决策者提供制定方案的依据。

     

    Abstract: According to the system reliability theory, and based on the research results of power system reliability, preliminary efforts are made in reliability evaluation of underground gas storage. In aspect of safe operation, reliability parameters of underground gas storage system are determined, including failure rate, reliability and availability, and corresponding calculation method is put forward. In aspect of user demand, reliability evaluation indexes of underground gas storage system are established, including gas deficiency time probability, gas deficiency time frequency, expected number of gas deficiency time, average duration of gas deficiency time, expected number of the gas deficiency capacity, index of gas deficiency capacity and influence degree index of cutting off gas, and corresponding calculation method is formed. Reliability level of underground gas storage system can be divided according to the influence degree index of cutting off gas, which provides a reference for decision-makers to make plan.
