日东管道杂散电流干扰检测与防护

Detection and protection of stray current interference of Rizhao-Dongming Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 日东管道多处与高压线并行、交叉以及与电气化铁路交叉,面临较大的杂散电流干扰腐蚀风险。使用SCM杂散电流测试仪对日东管道进行检测,结果表明:高压线产生的杂散电流对管道产生很大的干扰,当高压线路与管道夹角和高压线路输出电压分别相同时,随着高压线路与管道距离的增长,高压线路对管道的影响程度呈降低趋势;管道与电气化铁路交叉处亦存在很大的杂散电流干扰。基于此,提出管道铺设应避开高压线路和电气化铁路或保持安全距离,分析了不同排流保护方法的优缺点,并提到极性排流和负电位排流相结合的方式,指出不同管道应根据实际情况选用适宜的排流方法。

     

    Abstract: The Rizhao-Dongming Oil Pipeline runs parallel and crossing with high tension lines and crossing with electrified railway at many locations, so a greater risk of stray current interference corrosion exists. The SCM stray current tester is used to detect Rizhao-Dongming Oil Pipeline. The results show that the stray current caused by high tension line produces a very big interference on pipeline. Given the same angle between high tension line and pipeline and the same high voltage line output voltage, the high tension line has reduced impact on pipeline with the rise of the distance between the high tension line and the pipeline. Moreover, big stray current interference exists at the crossing of pipeline with electrified railway. In this regard, pipeline laying should keep away from or keep a safe distance with high tension line and electrified railway. This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of different drainage protection methods, and proposes the combination of polarity drainage and negative potential drainage. It is pointed out that proper drainage method should be selected for each pipeline according to the actual situation.
