油气管道隧道喷锚衬砌支护技术的应用

Application of shotcrete rockbolt and lining support technology in oil and gas pipeline tunnel

  • 摘要: 管道通过山区需修建大量隧道,因地质和施工条件等因素,时常出现因工期滞后而制约管道按期投产的问题。介绍了喷锚衬砌技术的国内外发展现状,讨论了油气管道隧道工程引入喷锚衬砌技术的必要性,并依托中缅油气管道隧道工程,通过岩鹰山隧道不同围岩级别的试验段,提出了油气管道隧道采用喷锚衬砌结构的设计、施工方法和相关支护参数,同时分析了其经济优势和工期优势,以供设计和施工参考。

     

    Abstract: A large number of tunnels will be excavated for keeping pipelines pass through mountains. Delay of such excavation due to the factors of geology and construction conditions often restricts the pipeline laying on schedule. In this paper, the shotcrete rockbolt and lining support technology in China and abroad is introduced, and its necessity for construction of oil and gas pipeline tunnel is discussed. Moreover, considering the tested sections with different levels of surrounding rocks of Yanyingshan tunnel of Myanmar-China Oil and Gas Pipelines, the applicable design, construction method and related support parameters of shotcrete rockbolt and lining support technology are proposed. Meanwhile, the technology's economic and time advantages are analyzed to provide a reference for design and construction.
