油气管道SCADA系统调控业务应用的GIS扩展

GIS extension in regulation application of oil and gas pipeline SCADA system

  • 摘要: 基于面向服务架构集成服务总线技术与面向对象管道模型技术,构建了开放、互联的油气管道SCADA系统软件,并从系统架构上设计了GIS与SCADA系统数据通信机制,利用GIS空间分析功能和油气管网SCADA调控业务计算结果,对整个油气储运生产运行过程的主要参数、管道信息、设备运行状态进行动态监测,利用地理信息系统全景展示油气管道运行状态,扩展油气管网调控业务应用,实现泄漏分析、应急处理等。

     

    Abstract: Based on the service-oriented architecture (SOA) integrated service bus and object-oriented pipeline model technology, an open and interconnected oil and gas pipeline SCADA system software is built, and a data communication mechanism of GIS and SCADA system is designed in respect of the system architecture. With the GIS spatial analysis and the computation of SCADA regulation, the main parameters, pipeline information and equipment operation status are dynamically monitored in the whole process of oil and gas storage, transportation and operation. The GIS can be used to get the whole picture of oil and gas pipelines operation, extend the application of regulation of oil and gas pipeline and realize the leak analysis and emergency response.
