油气管道体积型腐蚀缺陷有限元分析

Finite element analysis of volumetric corrosion defects of oil/gas pipeline

  • 摘要: 为了研究体积型腐蚀缺陷对油气管道剩余强度的影响,以含点蚀缺陷、轴向槽状腐蚀缺陷两种体积型缺陷的油气管道为研究对象,通过SolidWorks建立几何模型,并导入ANSYS软件进行有限元分析。采用管道缺陷评价计算方法RSTRENG 0.85dL对各模型的有限元分析结果进行评价,误差均在可接受范围内,验证了采用有限元方法分析腐蚀缺陷参数对管道剩余强度影响的可行性。进一步计算得到了管道失效压力随载荷及腐蚀缺陷各参数的变化规律,得出各参数对油气管道剩余强度的影响。结果表明:腐蚀缺陷深度对管道剩余强度影响最大,腐蚀缺陷轴向长度的影响次之,而腐蚀缺陷环向宽度的影响很小,可以忽略。

     

    Abstract: In order to identify the impacts of volumetric corrosion defects on residual strength of oil/gas pipeline, geometric model is established by using SolidWorks and imported to ANSYS software for finite element analysis of oil/gas pipelines with two kinds of volumetric corrosion defects, i.e. pitting corrosion defect and axial groove corrosion defect. The finite element analysis results of the models are evaluated by the calculation method for pipeline defect evaluation RSTRENG 0.85dL, suggesting that errors are within the acceptable range. It proves the feasibility of the introduction of finite element method to analysis the influence of corrosion defect parameter on the residual strength of pipeline. Further, the rule that pipeline failure stress changes with the load and corrosion defect parameters is obtained by calculating, as well as the influence of various parameters on the residual strength of oil/gas pipeline. It turns out that the depth of corrosion defect has the greatest impact on the pipeline's residual strength, followed by the axial length, with the circumferential width least likely and it can be ignored.
