输气管道站场安全阀的设置

Configuration of safety valves in gas pipeline stations

  • 摘要: 目前国内长输管道工程设计在安全阀的选型、安装位置、设定值选取等方面存在争议,为此,归纳整理了国内外常用的安全阀设置的相关标准、规范,围绕输气站场安全阀的选型、安装位置、压力设定值等问题进行分析,为输气管道工程设计提供安全阀设置优化方案。同时,建议采用安全切断阀串联压力调节阀的方式进行压力保护,取消调压阀下游设置的安全阀,指出GB 50251-2003有关安全阀定压的规定未考虑泄放过程中安全阀的动态特性,需要修订相关条文。

     

    Abstract: There is a controversy in the valve selection, installation position, setting values and other aspects on the long-distance pipeline engineering design. The relevant standards and specifications for safety valves of long-distance pipelines used commonly in China and aboard are concluded, and the selection, installation position, and pressure setting of safety valves in gas stations are analyzed, providing an optimized scheme of safety valve configuration under the design of gas pipeline engineering. Meanwhile, the series connection of safety shut-off valves and pressure regulating valve is recommended for pressure protection, and the safety valve installed downstream of the pressure regulating valve is removed. And it is pointed out that regulations on regulating pressure of safety valves in GB 50251-2003 should be revised since they don't consider the dynamic characteristics of the safety valve in discharge process.
