航空煤油储罐特点及施工难点

Characteristics and construction difficulties of aviation kerosene tank

  • 摘要: 国内有关航空煤油储罐的介绍大多局限于对某施工项目完成过程的描述或某项新技术在航空煤油储罐中的应用情况,为此,系统总结了国内外航空煤油储罐的发展概况和技术特点,航空煤油储罐采用锥形罐底、浮动吸油装置以及防腐防静电处理等一系列方法,是为了在较短沉淀时间内以更快的速度安全高效地转运高质量航空煤油。结合国内某10 000 m3航空煤油储罐施工工程实例,总结了储罐建设难点,包括储罐焊接变形控制、锥形罐底施工、罐壁倒装法施工及浮动吸油装置装配等,并逐一给出解决措施。

     

    Abstract: The introductions of aviation kerosene tanks in China are mostly limited to the description of the execution process of a construction project or the application of a new technology in the tanks. Therefore, the development and technical features of aviation kerosene tanks in China and other countries are systematically summarized in this paper. The tanks are designed with tapered tank bottom, floating oil suction device, anticorrosion antistatic treatment and other means to transfer high quality aviation kerosene safely and efficiently in a faster manner within a relatively short period of settling. Taking the 10 000 m3 aviation kerosene tank in China as an example, the construction difficulties are described, including welding deformation control, tapered tank bottom construction, tank wall inversion method and floating oil suction device assembly. Finally, relevant solutions are given one by one.
