大牛地气田周边液化天然气价格承受力

Endurance of LNG price around the Daniudi Gasfield

  • 摘要: 当前我国LNG市场定价机制不合理,多以成本加成法为主,而未考虑与替代能源挂钩,其市场价值没有得到充分体现。基于此,以大牛地气田周边区域为例,利用等热值法对该区域不同地区、不同用途、不同类型用户的LNG价格承受力进行分析。结果表明:该地区LNG价格相对于替代能源的价格有上涨空间;对于不同用途的LNG,车用LNG的价格承受力高于民用和商用LNG,高于调峰与发电用LNG;针对不同类型的LNG用户,应该对市场进行细分,确立并实施差异定价模式。

     

    Abstract: China's LNG market pricing mechanism is unreasonable, since it uses mostly cost-plus margin without considering the linkage to alternative energy, and its market value has not been fully reflected. Under this background, the equivalent heating value method is used to analyze the endurance of LNG price depending on regions, purposes and types of users around the Daniudi Gasfield. The results show that, in this area, the LNG price has the space to raise relative to alternative energy prices; in view of purposes, vehicle LNG price matches higher endurance than the civil and commercial LNG prices, and also than peak shaving and power generation LNG prices; for different types of LNG users, relevant market should be further segmented, and differentiated pricing model should be established and followed.
