油库消防系统用水量计算方法的新旧标准对比

Comparison of old and new provisions on calculation of fire demand at tankfarm

  • 摘要: 对比了《石油库设计规范》新旧标准中有关油库消防系统的规定,特别是通过比较分析消防用水量计算部分的变化,阐述了油库消防系统设计、建设的发展趋势;结合旧版规范,对典型案例进行计算分析,表明新版规范增加移动消防用水量的重要意义与现实效果。分析了我国油库消防系统建设及灭火措施中仍然存在的消防水无序使用、油库自身消防系统建设不足等问题。最后,提出切实可行的油库消防系统建设方案和油库火灾事故处理措施,以期在扑灭油库的初期火灾时达到最佳效果,使事故损失降至最低。

     

    Abstract: The provisions on fire protection systems at tankfarm are compared between old and new versions of the Code for Design of Tankfarm in this paper. Especially, through the comparative analysis of the changes in the section of fire demand calculation, the trends of the design and construction of the fire protection system are elaborated. Typical case studies are made, indicating the significance and realistic effects of movable fire demand added in the new version in contrast to the old version. Some defects of fire-fighting system construction and measures in China are analyzed, such as disorderly utilization of fire water, and insufficient fire protection systems at tankfarm. Finally, practicable construction programs of the system and proper fire responses at tankfarm are proposed to optimally extinguish any fire at early stage at tankfarm, so as to minimize the losses thereof.
