Status of inhibitor pre-film technology of gas pipeline

  • 摘要: 鉴于输气管道缓蚀剂预膜的经济技术优势,针对其基础理论与应用研究较为薄弱的现状,对输气管道缓蚀剂预膜技术进行探讨分析。基于缓蚀剂预膜的基本技术思路,剖析了缓蚀剂预膜的主要机理,探讨了多种缓蚀剂预膜装置的优缺点,并对装置的改进方法提出了具体建议,揭示了几种常用的缓蚀剂膜质量评价方法。结果表明:缓蚀剂预膜机理主要以吸附成膜为主;现有缓蚀剂预膜装置主要存在管道预膜不完整或缓蚀剂加注量受清管器尺寸限制的问题,建议采用双清管器全周向喷射式预膜工艺对现有工艺进行改进;缓蚀剂预膜质量的评价需结合缓蚀剂膜厚度测量与管道腐蚀速率监测结果完成。

     

    Abstract: Inhibitor pre-film of gas pipeline is advantageous economically and technically, but there is less studies on its basic theory and application. Under this background, the inhibitor pre-film technology is discussed in this paper. Considering the basic technical principle of inhibitor pre-film technology, its mechanism is analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of various inhibitor pre-film devices are explored, and specific recommendations are proposed for improving the devices. Moreover, several common quality evaluation methods for inhibitor pre-film are presented. The results show that the film forming by adsorption is the chief mechanism of inhibitor pre-film; exiting inhibitor pre-film devices are mainly unfavorable for incomplete pipeline pre-film or inhibitor filling quantity limited by the pig size, so dual-pig full circumferential jet pre-film technology is recommended to improve such devices; the inhibitor pre-film quality shall be evaluated combining with inhibitor film thickness measurement and pipeline corrosion rate monitoring results.
