管道外检测图表模块设计

Chart module design of pipeline external detection

  • 摘要: 为了形象、直观地反映管道的运行情况,帮助决策者科学管理管道,通过调研和需求分析,建立图表分析模型,依据软件工程设计方法,以Visual Basic 2010为开发平台,利用Microsoft的chart控件特点和SQL Server数据库连接技术,将管道实际运行数据转变为图表显示,设计出30多个管道外检测图表分析模块。以典型的PCM检测和CIPS检测两个图表分析模块为案例,从图表共性元素出发,描述了图表分析模块设计的基本过程和原理,以及预警、趋势分析模式设计思路,指出了管道完整性管理系统的不足,并对未来数字化管道建设进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: In order to reflect the operation of the pipeline imaginably and intuitively, helping the decision-makers manage the pipeline scientifically, chart analysis model is built through investigation and needs analysis. With the design methods of software engineering, and taking the Visual Basic 2010 as a platform, the Microsoft chart controls and the SQL Server database connection technology are used to convert the actual operating data of the pipeline into charts. Accordingly, over 30 chart analysis modules of pipeline external detection are designed. Taking the two chart analysis modules (i.e. typical PCM and CIPS) as an examples, in view of the common elements of the charts, the basic process and principles of the design of the chart analysis module and the design ideas of warning and trend analysis mode are described. The deficiency of pipeline integrity management system and the prospect of future digital pipeline construction are pointed out.
