基于电磁法原理的水下管道检测技术

Detection technology of underwater pipeline based on the principle of electromagnetic method

  • 摘要: 结合国内水下管道埋深检测的工程需求,介绍了基于电磁法原理的各水下管道检测设备的组成及性能,包括河流穿越管道探测系统(BPS)、磁性多功能定位和跟踪系统(InnovatumInc)、One-Pass检测系统(Startrak)、FieldSens管道遥测系统和西南油气田研制的GPS-RTK水下管道检测系统,分析了各套设备的性能优缺点,同时指出了目前我国水下管道检测技术及其在应用过程中存在的不足和发展方向。

     

    Abstract: Considering the engineering requirements for the buried depth detection of underwater pipeline in China, the composition and performance of underwater pipeline detection systems based on the principle of electromagnetic method are introduced. These systems include river crossing pipeline detection system (BPS), magnetic versatile positioning and tracking system (InnovatumInc), One-Pass detection system (Startrak), FieldSens pipe telemetry system and GPS-RTK underwater pipeline inspection system developed by the Southwest Oil and Gas Field. The advantages and disadvantages of the performance of various sets of equipment are analyzed, noting that the current detection technology of underwater pipeline and deficiencies in the application process and the development direction in China.
