危化品管道泄漏进入市政地下管涵空间灾害的预防

Prevention of dangerous chemicals in pipeline from leaking into municipal underground pipe culvert space

  • 摘要: 近年来发生若干起因危险化学品管道泄漏进入城市给排水管涵、电缆沟等地下设施引发的爆燃事故,主要是危化品管道与城市地下设施布置不合理,管道缺乏检查维护而使危化品泄漏进入地下管涵空间造成的。当前技术规范中缺乏危化品管道与城市地下设施布置的相应要求,城市范围的扩大将许多危化品管道圈入市区之中,构成了城市的巨大安全隐患。结合埋地危化品管道的性质,阐述了处理危化品管道与市政设施交叉、近距离并行布置的技术要点,力求为管道运营公司及市政管网管理部门提供一些参考。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, a number of deflagration accidents have occurred triggered by dangerous chemicals leaked into the urban drainage culvert and cable channel from the pipeline, mainly due to unreasonable arrangement of dangerous chemicals pipeline and urban underground facility and inadequate inspection and maintenance of such pipeline. The current technical specifications include no requirements for the layout of dangerous chemicals pipeline and urban underground facility. Urban expansion makes many dangerous chemicals pipelines trapped, which constitute a huge threat to urban security. Combing the characteristics of buried dangerous chemicals pipelines, this paper elaborates the technical concerns when such pipelines are arranged cross and close parallel to urban facilities, so as to provide some references to the pipeline operating companies and municipal pipe network management authorities.
