Oil/gas pipeline maintenance and emergency repair method and its progress

  • 摘要: 安全可靠的管道输送系统是油气资源开采与输送的重要保证,油气管道应急维抢修技术越来越受关注和重视,及时对油气管道进行维护与维修,可以减少管道事故的发生,一定程度上降低管道运行成本。综述了带压开孔封堵、管内智能封堵、夹具维修等方法的技术发展现状以及相应作业工具的发展趋势,介绍了新型管道维修技术,对不同工况下服役管道的维修有一定的指导作用。对管道维抢修方法及技术做了总结与展望,指出建立管道维抢修应急系统(Emergency Pipeline Repair System,EPRS)将是未来管道建设的发展趋势。

     

    Abstract: Safe and reliable pipeline system is an important guarantee for oil/gas exploitation and transportation. Emergency pipeline repair technology attracts more and more concern and attention. Timely maintenance and repair can reduce the pipeline accidents and the cost of pipeline operation to a certain extent. This paper presents the current situations of such techniques as hot tapping and plugging, internal intelligent plugging and fixture maintenance and the development tendency of corresponding operating tools, and also introduces new pipeline maintenance technologies, which provide certain guidance to the service pipelines under different conditions. Moreover, this paper makes a summary and projection of maintenance & emergency repair methods and technologies. It turns out that the emergency pipeline repair system (EPRS) will be the target in future pipeline construction.
