增强热塑性塑料管现场施工质量控制

  • 摘要: 增强热塑性塑料管作为一种新型的高压塑料复合管具有诸多优点,可用于输送原油、成品油、天然气等介质,尤其适合在油田等地形复杂区域应用。针对该管道在现场施工的质量控制,以机械扣压式连接的芳烃纤维增强塑料管为例,介绍了其在伊拉克米桑油田井场和脱气站之间集输管道上的应用,通过重点控制吊装、运输保护,管端与接头的扣压连接,放管敷设,压力试验等关键工序,有效保证了现场施工质量,优势明显,为该种类型管道的推广和应用提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: As a new high-pressure plastic compound pipe, reinforced thermoplastic pipe (RTP) is longer, lighter, and more flexible and operable, with higher corrosion resistance and strength, than steel pipe. It can be used for transporting crude oil, product oil, natural gas and so on, especially applicable for complex terrain regions such as oilfield. To discuss the quality control of RTP in site construction, an aromatic fiber reinforced plastic pipe with mechanically-extruded connection used as the gathering pipeline between the well site of Iraq Maysan Oilfield and degas station is taken as an example. Depending on field conditions, some critical processes are controlled, such as lifting, transportation protection, extruded connection between pipe end and joint, laying of pipe, and pressure, which effectively ensure the construction quality on site and provide a reference to the promotion and application of this new pipe.
