精密冷拔长管拖车气瓶管试制方法

Trail-produce method of precision cold drawing gas cylinder tube of tube trailer

  • 摘要: 目前长管拖车气瓶管使用的管材主要存在壁厚均匀性差,带状组织导致破瓶的危险性增加,应力腐蚀倾向使其安全系数降低等问题,基于此,尝试采用“热扩+冷拔+热处理”精密冷拔的工艺,试制长管拖车气瓶。热扩工艺可以减少管材的带状组织;冷拔工艺可以提高壁厚的均匀性;经冷拔后,管壁经过大比例的塑性变形,可破碎原始晶粒,在后续的热处理中,能得到细小的晶粒,降低应力腐蚀倾向,有效提高长管拖车气瓶管的安全系数,且整个工艺过程简单、灵活、操作性强。

     

    Abstract: At present, the tubings used for the gas cylinder tubes of tube trailers mainly have problems including poor wall thickness uniformity, obvious banded structure which may lead to increased risks of cylinder breaking, and big inclination of stress corrosion which may reduce the safety factor, etc. Based on this, "hot expanding + cold drawing + thermal treatment" precision cold drawing process is used in the trial production of gas cylinder tube of tube trailer. Hot expanding can reduce banded structure of tubings and cold drawing can improve the uniformity of wall thickness. After cold drawing, through large proportion of the plastic deformation, tube wall can break the original grains and fine grains can be obtained in the subsequent thermal treatment, which can reduce the inclination of stress corrosion and effectively improve the safety factor of gas cylinder tube of tube trailer, and the whole process is simple and flexible with strong operability.
