Piping design characteristics of oilfield ground construction engineering in Iran

  • 摘要: 为确保后续在伊朗项目的顺利进行,分析了适合高含硫油气田配管设计的做法,分别从伊朗国家石油标准(IPS)的特殊规定、项目执行中的某些要求及高含硫油气田配管设计的特殊要求,如图纸比例、图面内容、局部安装要求、管廊高度、井口安装要求和密闭输送等方面,研究了伊朗地区油气田项目配管设计的特点,并与我国相关标准进行了比对。结合在伊朗已经完成项目的情况,剖析了IPS的要点,避免了因对IPS理解不同而造成的项目推进困难。最后,针对提高在伊朗项目和高含硫油气田配管设计水平提出了建议。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure smooth implementation of follow-up projects in Iran, piping design practices suitable for high-sulfur oil-gas fields are analyzed here in this paper. Characteristics of piping design for oilfield projects in Iran area are studied, respectively from special regulations of the Iranian Petroleum Standards (IPS), certain requirements of project implementation and special requirements for piping design for high-sulfur oil-gas fields, such as drawing scales, contents of drawings, local installation requirements, pipe rack height, wellhead installation requirements and airtight transportation. And comparison with China's related standards is carried out. Combined with the projects completed in Iran, this paper analyzed the main points of IPS, avoiding project implementation difficulties that may be caused by different understandings on IPS. Finally, suggestions on the projects in Iran and improving piping design in high-sulfur oil-gas fields are proposed.
