1 016 mm管道球状双封封堵器的结构设计及封堵能力

Structural design and plugging capacity of globular double-plugging plug in 1 016 mm pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对传统悬挂式封堵器的被动封堵模式难以一次成功封堵的缺陷,研制了一种球状双封封堵器。该封堵器具有球状一体化设计,在球形中部放置两个可通过液压缸压缩的密封胶筒,由此实现对管道的主动封堵。设计了用于1 016 mm管道的球状双封封堵器的结构,并对球状双封封堵器的封堵能力进行了分析。结果表明:球状双封封堵器在介质压力为10 MPa的1 016 mm管道中,封堵机构内置的驱动液压缸提供20 MPa的载荷时,密封胶筒的最大封堵能力可达13.93 MPa,能满足压差10 MPa的要求,可以实现一次性成功封堵,因而提高了工作效率,使管道封堵作业的安全性更高。

     

    Abstract: Regarding that it is difficult to plug successfully at a time because of the passive plugging mode of traditional hanging plugs, a kind of globular double-plugging plug is developed. With a globular integrated design, this new plug has two sealant tubes that can be compressed by a hydraulic cylinder placed in the central globe, thereby achieving the active plugging of the pipeline. A structure of globular double-plugging plug used in 1 016 mm pipeline is designed, and the plugging capacity of globular double-plugging plug is analyzed here. Results show that in a 1 016 mm pipeline with medium pressure of 10 MPa and a load of 20 MPa is provided by the built-in driven hydraulic cylinder, the maximum plugging capacity of sealant tube can reach up to 13.93 MPa and can meet the requirement of 10 MPa pressure difference, thus successful plugging at a time can be achieved. In this way, the work efficiency is improved and the security of pipeline plugging operation gets higher.
