日东输油管道外防腐层检测结果统计分析

Statistical analysis of test results of external coating for Rizhao-Dongming Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 基于管道外防腐层对于输油管道安全管理的重要意义,采用PCM+A(ACVG)方法对日东输油管道外防腐层进行了防腐性能检测,对各段管道进行了防腐性能等级划分,同时获得了外防腐层破损点信息。统计分析结果表明:管道穿越前后、护坡推力墩、加固墩、变坡点、弯头处,破损点较多,阀室内管道外防腐层破损点主要在旁通和截止阀处,原因是这些部位焊缝较多,补口较多;此外,与车辆道路相交管道的外防腐层性能相对较差。今后应该注意对这些部位管道的外防腐层检测,并在设计施工中加以重视。

     

    Abstract: External coating is significant for the security management of oil pipelines. The "PCM+A"(ACVG) method is adopted to test the external coating of Rizhao-Dongming Oil Pipeline for its anticorrosion performance. Moreover, the sections of the pipeline are classified by magnitude of anticorrosion performance, and the damage points of the external coating are obtained. The statistical analysis shows that most damage points are observed at upstream and downstream of crossing pipe section, slope thrust pier, reinforced pier, grade change points and elbows of the pipeline, and at bypass and globe valves in valve chambers, because there are lots of welds and joint coatings at these positions; at the part of the pipeline that is intersected with roads, the anticorrosion performance of external coating is relatively poor. Therefore, all these parts will be especially detected for their external coatings and specifically considered in design and construction.
