Design and review focuses of geologic disaster treatment along oil and gas pipeline

  • 摘要: 中缅油气管道沿线地质灾害发育,为了确保管道施工、运营期间的安全,对油气管道沿线地质灾害治理工程的设计思路进行分析,结合地质灾害防治设计工作,探索针对油气管道工程特点的地质灾害治理原则,针对不同地质灾害类型和管道设计阶段进行研究,提出了将地质灾害纳入油气管道总体设计文件中的设计原则和油气管道工程地质灾害“绕避为主、防治结合”的工作思路,建立了施工图阶段地质灾害治理工程设计文件的审查重点,保障了管道施工和运营安全。

     

    Abstract: Geologic disaster may occur along the Myanmar-China Oil and Gas Pipeline. In order to ensure its construction and operation safety, the idea for design of geologic disaster treatment is analyzed. Moreover, based on the design of geologic disaster prevention, the principles for geologic disaster treatment are considered to accommodate the characteristics of the oil and gas pipeline project. Finally, it is proposed that, depending on the nature of geological disaster and designing stage, geological disasters are incorporated into the overall design of the oil and gas pipeline, and will be treated by way of "evasion assisted by prevention". Review focuses of design files of geological disaster treatment at the construction drawing stage are set.
