长输油气管道防腐补口质量的控制

Quality control in the field coating for weld joint for long-distance oil and gas pipelines

  • 摘要: 长输埋地管道防腐补口主要采用聚乙热收缩带(套),在现场实施3PE防腐成品管或环氧粉末防腐成品管与聚乙热收缩带(套)的粘接。介绍了防腐补口施工工艺、性能指标、技术要求、常见质量问题及注意事项,以供长输油气管道工程防腐施工借鉴,有效提高防腐补口质量,保证管道长期正常安全运行。

     

    Abstract: Polyethylene heat shrinking tape (sleeve) is widely used as field coating for weld joint for long-distance buried pipelines. It is pasted onto the pipes with 3PE coating or epoxy power coating on site. In this paper, the process for the field coating for weld joint, performance indexes, technical requirements, common quality problems and precautions are introduced to provide a reference to the anti-corrosion of long-distance gas pipelines, for purpose of effectively improving the quality in the field coating for weld joint and ensure the normal and safe operation of the pipelines.
