Abstract:
During oil and gas pipeline construction, safety assurance is achieved by maintaining pipeline safety and safety distance. According to the engineering characteristics of the Suqiao Gas Storage, and from the prospect of pipeline safety, a design and construction scheme guaranteeing the safety of high pressure gathering pipeline is provided respectively depending on five design considerations (e.g. routing, pipe material design, pipe setup, pipe laying and flag pile set) and three acceptance aspects (e.g. inspection, pipeline pigging and pipeline pressure test). Moreover, the quantitative risk assessment method is used to simulate leakage consequences at different pore diameters, and the failure frequency and risk consequence are analyzed. It is found that the design scheme of high pressure gathering pipeline in the Suqiao Gas Storage is reliable.
