油田地面集输系统布局优化模型

Layout optimization model of surface gathering system in oilfield

  • 摘要: 由于油田地面集输系统的网状复杂性,通常凭借人工经验进行系统布局的规划设计,很少基于最优化方法进行布局设计。基于此,根据集输系统的集油流程,以集输系统管网布局投资费用最低为目标函数,进行井组最优划分、计量站最优位置确定、干支管网布局优化和管径优化4个子模块的最优化建模分析。实例分析结果表明:所建模型在具体问题的求解中是切实可行的,可以有效解决集输系统布局设计的4个基本问题,进而实现整个油田地面集输系统的布局优化。

     

    Abstract: The surface gathering system in an oilfield is complex. Practically, its layout is commonly designed on the basis of human experience but rarely with optimization methods. In this situation, according to the gathering process of the system and taking the minimum investment in pipeline network layout as an objective function, optimization modeling analysis is conducted for four sub-modules, i.e. optimal partitioning for well group, determination of optimal position for metering station, network layout optimization and pipe diameter optimization. The case study shows that the model established is feasible in solving specific problems. It can effectively address four aspects above and thereby realize the layout optimization of the whole surface gathering system in oilfield.
