老油田集输系统改造管网拓扑优化

Topological optimization of pipeline network in the gathering system of old oilfield

  • 摘要: 针对老油田进入高含水期后集输系统计量站利用率低的问题,综合考虑计量站减站、已建管道回收利用以及新建管道的情况,以总费用最低为目标函数,以井站隶属关系、计量能力、几何位置、压力限制及管径规格为约束,建立集输管网拓扑优化数学模型。针对模型的非线性特点,利用改进的混合遗传模拟退火算法求解并优化井站隶属关系。通过结合目标函数和约束条件的具体物理意义,对约束条件进行处理,使算法更易实现,通过对交叉和变异算子进行改进,提高算法的求解效率。现场应用的优化结果给出了新建管道的规格参数及回收费用,显示了优化模型及算法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: When an oil oilfield enters into a high water-cut stage, the metering station in gathering system is often inefficiently utilized. In this background, considering the situations of reduced metering stations, recycling of existing pipelines and construction of new pipelines, a topological optimized mathematical model for gathering system is built, with the minimum total cost as the objective function and with well/station ownership, metering capacity, geometric position, pressure limit and pipe diameter as constraints. Since this model is nonlinear, well/station ownership is solved and optimized by improved hybrid genetic simulated annealing algorithm. Based on the physical significance of objective function and constraints, the constraints can be processed to facilitate the realization of the algorithm. The solution efficiency of algorithm is increased by improving the crossover and mutation operators. The optimization results in actual application provide the specifications and recovery expenses of new pipelines, proving the effectiveness of the optimization model and algorithm.
