Application and outlook for comprehensive evaluation index weight in oil & gas storage and transportation engineering

  • 摘要: 在油气储运工程中,设计、施工方案常常具有多样性,需要采用综合评价法确定最优方案。在综合评价法中,指标权重占有极其重要的地位,通过权重可以确定方案中不同因素的重要程度,从而影响评价结果的可靠性和准确性。在不同问题中,用来确定权重值的方法不同,常用赋权法主要包括主观赋权法和客观赋权法。对权重在油气储运工程和其他领域中的应用现状进行了调研,对不同领域中权重的应用进行了对比分析,对权重在油气储运工程中的应用进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: In oil & gas storage and transportation engineering, there are diversified design and construction schemes, from which the optimal one should be defined by comprehensive evaluation. Index weight plays an extremely important role in this evaluation. It can be used to identify the importance of different factors in the scheme and thereby determines the reliability and accuracy of the evaluation results. The methods for determining the weight vary depending on cases. Common weighting methods include subjective and objective weighting methods. In this paper, the current application of the weight in the oil & gas storage and transportation engineering and other fields is investigated and compared. Moreover, the future application of the weight in the oil/gas storage and transportation engineering is forecasted.
