Research and design progress of speed control device of adjustable-speed pig

  • 摘要: 针对清管器的速度控制问题,对比分析了当前已有的速度控制方法。基于此,设计了一种带有大旁通面积比的旋转式旁通阀,并结合国外已有的现场试验数据,对最大旁通面积比这一决定旁通阀尺寸的重要参数进行研究。通过可调速旁通阀动力学特性试验,获得了旁通阀开度与旁通阀负载扭矩以及清管器前后压差之间的关系,可以有效指导动力元件的选型及功率匹配的计算,并为此类可调速清管器速度控制装置的设计及速度控制策略提供理论指导和依据。

     

    Abstract: Existing speed control methods for pigs are comparatively analyzed. Accordingly, a rotary bypass valve with high bypass to area ratio is designed. With the field test data available in other countries, the maximum bypass to area ratio, as an important parameter that decides the bypass valve size, is investigated. Through dynamics experiments of the adjustable-speed bypass valve, the relationships of the bypass valve opening with the bypass valve load torque and the difference of pressure front and behind the pig are obtained, which can effectively guide the selection of power components and the calculation of matched power, and provide a theoretical guidance and basis for the design and principle of the speed control device of such adjustable-speed pig.
