我国长输油气管道自动焊技术应用现状及展望

Current and future applications of automatic welding technology for long-distance oil/gas pipeline in China

  • 摘要: 介绍了国内外长输油气管道自动焊技术和设备发展应用的历史,从机组设备和人员配置、焊接设备与工艺、焊接材料、操作工、标准及管理规定等方面阐述了我国管道自动焊技术的应用现状,对比分析了国内外管道自动焊技术应用在管理理念、设备应用、工程应用、施工组织、人员素质和标准判别等方面的差异,提出了今后我国管道自动焊应用技术的发展趋势。指出应该将自动焊作业及其上下游的相关工作作为一个技术体系统一协调与管理,并在该技术体系内追求各专业的技术进步及相关管理人员专业知识的提升。随着管道建设用钢管强度等级的不断提高,以及管径和壁厚的不断增大,管道自动焊接头的综合性能更优良,安全可靠性更高,其应用范围将会越来越广泛。

     

    Abstract: The history in development and application of automatic welding technology and equipment for long-distance oil/gas pipeline in China and abroad are presented in this paper. Firstly, the current application of such technology in China is described in terms of physical and personnel configuration, welding equipment and process, welding material, operators, and applicable standards and regulations. Then, it is compared with the equivalent in foreign countries in view of management philosophy, equipment application, engineering application, construction organization, personnel quality, judgment standards and other aspects. Finally, future development of the technology in China is proposed. The study indicates that the automatic welding jobs should be coordinated and managed together with related upstream and downstream activities, and all disciplines and expertise of relevant managers within this system should be improved. With increasing higher steel strength, larger diameter and thicker wall of pipelines, the automatic welding joints with better comprehensive performance, especially safety and reliability, is required. It is believed that the technology will be more widely applied.
