海底长输管道修复RTP管穿插牵引力计算模型

Traction calculation model for RTP insertion for subsea long-distance pipeline repair

  • 摘要: 针对海底长输油气管道走向曲折多变,弯头多且曲率大,同时受平台作业空间和动力供应等限制,修复工程成本和技术风险迅速攀升的问题,研制了抗拉型RTP管,其是在具有高柔特性的芳纶增强热塑料复合管(RTP管)的基础上,增设了芳纶抗拉复合层,从而具有弯曲刚度小、径向刚度大、抗拉能力强、质量轻、耐磨损、承压高、安全可靠等优点。以抗拉型RTP管穿插海底长输油气管道为研究对象,通过理论推导和试验验证,提出了RTP管穿插海底长输油气管道牵引力计算模型,该模型运用于马来西亚石油公司海洋油气田17 km长输管道穿插修复工程,获得了令人满意的效果。

     

    Abstract: Subsea long-distance pipelines are often zigzag with many elbows and high curvature, which together with limitations of operation space and power supply on platform induce higher repair cost and technical risks. In this regards, a tensile-type reinforced thermoplastic pipe (RTP) is developed. It is a kind of highly flexible RTP with additional aramid fiber tensile composite layer. Therefore, this pipe possesses the characteristics of small bending stiffness, big radial stiffness, strong tensile ability, light weight, wear resistance, high pressure resistance, safe and reliable. Taking the tensile-type RTP insertion for subsea long-distance pipeline as an example, the relevant traction calculation model is established through theoretical derivation and experimental verification. The model is successfully used in the repair of a 17 km long-distance pipeline in a PETRONAS offshore oil-gas field by intercrossing method.
