管道穿越大型垃圾场存在问题与对策

Problems and countermeasures for pipeline crossing large dump

  • 摘要: 为降低管道穿越大型垃圾填埋场垃圾自燃、沉降及腐蚀对管道的影响,解决穿越管道的安全问题,从垃圾自燃源头分析,结合勘测资料并借鉴城市垃圾填埋处理行业的理论和经验,建模计算垃圾场基础沉降和降解沉降数据,并对管道受力进行综合分析,以确定管道变形解决方案。参照管道防腐技术要求,分析垃圾成分化验检测数据,判定腐蚀等级,设置了防腐和阴极保护双重防护措施。管道多年运营监测结果显示,该穿越方案及防护措施合理有效,穿越处未发生自燃,沉降和腐蚀均可控,为今后类似管道穿越工程在方案选择,降低垃圾自燃、沉降和腐蚀对管道的影响,以及处理方案的确定提供了建议和参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the impact of waste spontaneous combustion, subsidence and corrosion on pipeline when it crosses large landfills and to ensure the safety of the crossing pipeline, in this paper, the root of the spontaneous combustion is analyzed, and based on exploration data and the theory and experience of urban landfill treatment industry, models are established to calculate the foundation settlement and degradation settlement data of dump. Moreover, the pipeline stress is also comprehensively analyzed to determine the solution of pipeline deformation. According to the requirements for pipeline anticorrosion technology, composition testing data of garbage are analyzed, the corrosion level is determined, and dual protective measures (corrosion control and cathodic protection) are set up. Operation and monitoring data of pipeline for many years show that this crossing scheme and the protective measures are reasonable and effective, there is no spontaneous combustion in the crossing spot and the settlement and corrosion are under the control. Therefore, it can provide suggestions and references for the scheme selection, the reduction of waste combustion, the influence of settlement and corrosion on pipeline, as well as the aspects of the determination of treatment scheme of crossing projects of similar pipelines in the future.
