Optimization of mechanical cleaning efficiency of crude oil tank

  • 摘要: 原油储罐清洗作业的施工工序主要包括设备安装、油洗与水洗、人工清渣和设备拆除,其中清洗设备的安装与拆除、油洗与水洗工艺有待进一步改进,以提高原油储罐机械清洗效率。通过设备的模块化,即将阀门和管件制作成模块,整体安装与拆除,可缩短机械清洗作业安装与拆除所需时间;通过油洗与水洗工艺的优化,如提高罐顶清洗原油压力、调节清洗油供给量和原油回收量等措施,有效减少了清洗所需时间。实例应用结果表明,该优化方法减少了不必要的清洗时间,提高了设备的使用效率,同时清洗效果得到了可靠保障。

     

    Abstract: Cleaning of crude oil tank includes equipment installation, oil/water washing, artificial slag removal and equipment removal. Installation and removal of cleaning equipment and oil/water washing process should be enhanced to improve the cleaning efficiency. In this regard, the modularized equipment, namely the valves and pipe fittings made into module which can be installed and removed as a whole, is applied to shorten the time required for installation and removal. Moreover, oil/water washing processes is optimized to increase the cleaning pressure at tank top and regulate the supply of cleaning oil and recovery of crude oil, which helps to reduce the cleaning time. The case study shows that unnecessary cleaning time is reduced through optimization and the efficiency of equipment is improved, while the cleaning effect is ensured.
