稳定索对悬索管桥的影响

Effects of stable cable on suspension pipe bridge

  • 摘要: 近年来在悬索管桥结构设计中去掉了稳定索,简化工艺虽然未对管桥的正常运行产生影响,但尚缺少理论支持。基于此,以国内某悬索管桥为例,运用ANSYS软件建立了该管桥的4个有限元模型,通过对比4个模型分别在静力、模态、风振及清管工况中的位移、应力响应,研究稳定索对该结构在各个工况下的稳定性及强度的影响。研究表明:稳定索仅对悬索管桥竖向刚度有较小影响,对结构强度基本没有影响,因此,在悬索管桥中不设置稳定索结构是安全的。

     

    Abstract: Stable cable is removed in the design of suspension pipe bridge in recent years. The simplifying has no impact on the normal operation of the bridge, but it is lack of theoretical support. In this paper, taking the inland suspension pipe bridge as an example, four finite element models of the bridge are built using ANSYS software. Through comparing the displacement and stress response of these models as analyzed in static force, modal, wind vibration and pigging, the effects of stable cable on stability and strength of the structure is studied. The researches show that the stable cable only has a small effect on the vertical stiffness of suspension pipe bridge, and rare effect on the strength of structure. Therefore, the suspension pipe bridge will be safe without stable cable.
