Abstract:
In practice, it is found that the forecast and early warning of meteorological and geological disasters are non-authoritative, dispersive and non-specific and obtained/sent artificially. Based on the demands of PetroChina enterprises, a service customization mode is proposed and a forecast/early warning platform of meteorological and geological disasters is developed independently. This platform can timely access to authoritative information about forecasting and early warning of meteorological and geological disasters, and analyzes automatically and then release rapidly such information through a variety of channels, in order to ensure work safety. Under this platform, the line managers are informed of any forecast and early warning of disaster in their enterprises 12 or more hours earlier than before, so that they can scientifically mitigate any disaster and assist in production scheduling, thereby contributing to minimize the losses due to climate change and geological disasters.
