基于完整性数据库的管道应急信息化技术

Information technology for emergency response based on pipeline integrity database

  • 摘要: 将信息化技术应用于长输管道的应急抢险工作,是一个全新的课题,既可以提高应急反应效率,又可以有效节省人力、物力,指出抢险的重点方向。阐述了管道地质灾害气象预警、管道泄漏模拟分析、管道应急三维分析、管道应急专题图、PIS管道应急数据支持系统等信息化技术方法和原理,给出了实际应用案例,包括兰成渝管道地质灾害气象预警、秦皇岛装船线原油泄漏入海模拟、温泉水库溃坝对涩宁兰管道危险性影响三维分析、唐家山堰塞湖溃坝对兰成渝管道影响三维分析,表明了信息化技术在管道应急抢险中的重要作用。最后,对管道应急信息化技术的未来发展趋势进行了探讨。

     

    Abstract: Information technology is a brand-new consideration for emergency response of long-distance pipelines. It can help to ensure the priority of response at higher efficiency and lower allocation of human and physical resources. This paper discusses some information technology programs and principles, such as meteorological early warning of geological disasters along pipeline, simulation analysis of pipeline leakage, 3D analysis of pipeline emergency, thematic map of pipeline emergency, and PIS-based data support system for pipeline emergency. Practical application cases are given, including meteorological early warning of geological disasters along Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing Products Pipeline, simulation of crude oil spill into sea water of Qinhuangdao shipping line, and 3D analysis of the hazardous impacts of Wenquan reservoir's dam-break on Sebei-Xining-Lanzhou Gas Pipeline and Tangjiashan dammed lake's dam-break on Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing Products Pipeline. Finally, this paper expects the future of information technology for pipeline emergency.
