管道完整性管理信息化研究进展与发展方向

Progress and development in the informatization of pipeline integrity management

  • 摘要: 管道完整性管理信息化技术在管道完整性管理工作中的规范化、标准化以及智能化方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。国内外管道管理者在信息化的技术标准、系统架构、决策支持等方面开展了大量研究与应用,取得了丰富的成果。系统阐述了管道完整性管理信息化技术的发展现状,并从大数据下的关联分析技术、物联网技术、移动智能终端的应用3个方面探讨了管道完整性管理信息化技术的发展方向。今后需要进一步提升数据应用水平,发挥数据整体价值,加强新技术的研究与应用,改变传统的生产方式,优化工作流程,使管理更智能。

     

    Abstract: Information technology plays an increasingly important role in normalization, standardization and intellectualization of pipeline integrity management. Pipeline managers in China and abroad have made a lot of researches on technical standards, system architecture, and decision support of informatization, with satisfactory results achieved in practical application. In this paper, the status quo of researches on the information technology of pipeline integrity management is systematically expounded, and the trend of such technology is discussed from the application of correlation analysis technology, the Internet of Things and mobile intelligent terminal based on large amounts of data. In the future, to make the management more intelligent, it is essential to enhance the level of data applications, display the data value, promote the research and application of new technology, change the traditional mode of production and optimize the workflow.
