5S管理在管道施工中的应用现状及改进方法

Application status and improved method of 5S management in pipeline construction

  • 摘要: 5S管理是一种通过对人机料法环各方面的管理优化,提高工作环境质量、改善员工工作状态的管理方法,旨在提高工作效率和员工热情。当前,在西气东输管道工程管理中引用了5S管理的理念,通过实施5S管理方法,一定程度上改善了工作环境,并充分发挥了员工的主观能动性。但在应用过程中,也存在一些不足,表现为执行力度弱,控制效率低等。通过对西气东输管道工程5S管理应用的分析,针对应用过程中出现的问题,提出了加强QHSE部门管理力度,明确各岗位职能,明确奖惩制度,实施活动试行等改进方法及相应细则,为5S管理方法在今后管道施工中广泛应用提供了参考依据。

     

    Abstract: 5S management is a method to enhance the quality of working environment, improve the staff working state, especially the work efficiency and staff enthusiasm by managing and optimizing the staff, machine, material, method, environment and other aspects. At present, 5S management concept has been introduced into the engineering management of West-to-East Gas Pipeline, resulting in a certain improvement in working environment, and full play of the staff activeness. But some deficiencies like weak enforcement and low control efficiency exist in the implementation process. In view of the issues found in the course of implementation of 5S management, improving measures and corresponding rules in detail like enhancing QHSE divisional management, clearing job responsibility, clarifying reward and penalty system and trying out activities are proposed, which will provide a reference to the widespread application of 5S management method in future pipeline construction.
