Pigging cycle for Yulin-Jinan Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 为了清除管道内的杂物、积液和污物,提高输气效率,减少摩阻损失和管道内壁腐蚀,延长管道使用寿命,需要对管道进行清管,清管周期的确定必须在分析管道参数的基础上,结合安全、经济、社会等因素进行具体分析得到相应方案。在调研国内干线输气管道清管周期确定方法的基础上,结合榆林-济南天然气管道实际情况,采用输气效率衡量管道运行状况,以压降作为是否需要清管的指标,建立了以PR方程、C-W公式为基础的榆济管道输气效率计算模型,得到了输气效率与压降之间的关系。根据输气效率与压降之间的关系表,通过对各管段两端压力进行实时监控,可以确定合理的清管周期,并对管内异常情况进行判断与控制。

     

    Abstract: In order to clear away the foreign materials, hydrops and impurities, enhance the transport efficiency, reduce the friction loss and corrosion of inner pipe wall, extend pipeline lifespan, pigging is necessary periodically. The pigging cycle is selected on the basis of analyzing pipeline parameters and in consideration of security, economic, social and other factors to get a proper scheme. Based on the investigation of pigging cycle determination methods of trunk pipeline in China, and the actual conditions of Yulin-Jinan Gas Pipeline, gas transmission efficiency is adopted to measure the pipeline running state, meanwhile pressure drop is taken as the index for pigging. Calculation model of gas transmission efficiency for the pipeline is established based on PR equation, C-W formula, and the relationship between gas transmission efficiency and pressure drop is obtained. According to the correlation chart of gas transmission efficiency and pressure drop, pigging cycle can be figured out, and reasonable and abnormal condition of pipeline inside can be judged and controlled through the real time monitoring the pressure at both ends of each section.
