鲁尔泵轴承快速拆卸装置的研制

The development of a quick disassembling device for the bearing of Ruhr Pump

  • 摘要: 鲁尔泵安装有NU系列轴承,原轴承拆卸方法时间长,并且会对轴径造成损伤。为了实现安全、快速拆卸轴承,从拆卸时间、对轴的损伤、操作难度、危险性和费用几方面对比分析了4种不同的轴承拆卸方案,最终确定加热环拆卸轴承方案为最优方案。经过对加热环材质的选定,对轴承内圈拆卸所需热膨胀量的确定,对轴承内圈及加热环热容的计算,确定了加热环的加热温度和外形尺寸。完善了螺母螺杆调节机构和伸缩缝限位设计,实现了加热环的直径可调节。加热环装置轴承可快速拆卸,对轴径没有损伤,可推广应用。

     

    Abstract: Ruhr Pump is installed with NU series bearings. The original bearing disassembling method takes a long time and can do harm to the diameter of bearings. In order to disassemble bearings in a safe and quick way, 4 different bearing disassembling methods are compared in terms of disassembling time, damage to the bearing, difficulty in operation, risks and costs, and finally, heating ring bearing disassembling method is decided to be the optimal scheme. Through the selection of the material of heating ring, determination on the amount of the needed thermal expansion for disassembling of the bearing cone, and calculation on heat capacity of bearing cone and heating ring, the heating temperature and size of the heating ring are picked up. The design of nut-screw regulating mechanism and the expansion joint limit is improved to realize the adjustability of the heating ring diameter. And by this way, the bearing of the heating ring device can be disassembled quickly with no damage to the diameter of the bearing, which is worth popularization.
