石空―兰州含蜡原油管道运行方案优化

Running scheme optimization of Shikong-Lanzhou Waxy Crude Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 根据石空―兰州原油管道沿线油温、地温数据以及油品物性,采用常温、加热及加剂综合热处理3种输送工艺,其下游进站油温应分别不低于22 ℃、20 ℃和17 ℃。将全年分为春夏秋冬4个运行时段,对不同输量下的运行方案进行细化,给出了详细的油温控制要求、异常工况应对方案,以及加剂输送时加剂系统故障工况下的保障方案。运行方案要求:进站油温须高于凝点3 ℃;沿线启炉加热出站油温不低于50 ℃;1、2月份综合热处理加剂量不低于25 g/t,其他月份不低于12.5 g/t。此外,在经济性方面,加剂综合热处理输送工艺明显优于加热输送工艺。

     

    Abstract: Based on the oil temperature, soil temperature and the physical properties of the oil around Shikong-Lanzhou Waxy Crude Oil Pipeline, three kinds of transport processes, transportation at normal temperature, heating transportation and transportation of agent added integrated heat treatment, are adopted, and the inlet oil temperature downstream should not be less than 22 ℃, 20 ℃ and 17 ℃, respectively. The whole year is divided into four operation periods, spring, summer, autumn, and winter, and the specific operation schemes at different throughputs are refined, which include detailed requirements on oil temperature control, schemes for unusual running conditions and support scheme under the failure of adding system in agent added transportation. The running scheme requires that the inlet oil temperature should be 3 ℃ higher than the solidifying point, the outlet oil temperature for hot oil should be no lower than 50 ℃, the amount of agent for integrated heat treatment should not be less than 25 g/t in January and February, and 12.5 g/t in the rest months. In addition, as to the economical efficiency, agent added integrated heat treatment is much better than the heating transportation.
