Skid-mounted construction for digital gas gathering station in Sulige Gasfield

  • 摘要: 为了实现大规模、低成本建设,长庆油田推行了以“标准化设计、模块化建设、数字化管理、市场化运作”为核心的管理模式,并针对苏里格气田50×104 m3/d标准数字化集气站展开了橇装化研究。根据采出水外输方式的不同,提出了3种橇装建设方案:①采出水和天然气混输至下游场站;②采出水和天然气分别管输至下游场站;③采出水采用罐车拉运方式运至处理厂。结合苏里格气田的特点及现状,最终选择采出水采用罐车拉运方式作为建设方案,该方案提高了建设速度、减少了站场占地面积。采用橇装化建设提高了站场运行的可靠性、稳定性,提高了管理水平,是工程建设的必然趋势。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize large-scale, low-cost construction, a management mode featuring "standardized design, modular construction, digital management and market-oriented operation" has been carried out in Changqing Oilfield. A skid-mounted unit for the standardized digital gas gathering station in Sulige Gasfield with a production of 50×104 m3/d has been investigated. According to the different transmission ways of produced water, three skid-mounted construction schemes are proposed, namely, transporting the mixture of produced water and natural gas to downstream station, separately transporting the produced water and natural gas to downstream station by pipeline, and transporting the produced water to treatment plant by road tanker. In view of the characteristics and current situation of Sulige Gasfield, the scheme of transporting produced water by road tanker is selected, which can improve the construction efficiency and reduce the floor area of station. Skid-mounted construction can not only enhance the operation reliability and stability of stations, but also improve the management level, so it is an inevitable trend for engineering construction.
