浸没燃烧式气化器的设计缺陷及改进方法

Design defects and modification of submerged combustion vaporizer

  • 摘要: 大连液化天然气有限公司接收站在开工试运时,由于SCV运转不正常,经常联锁停车。因此,需要对SCV进行改造,以使设备运转正常,满足生产需要。通过割掉一段点火枪保护套管,加长点火枪向下伸出的长度,改变了原来需要点火4~5次才能点燃SCV的状况,使点火一次成功率达到100%;通过调换火焰检测器和观察视镜的位置,使SCV不再因为炉膛内有火焰,但火焰检测器未检测到而造成误动作停车;通过在天然气主管道上放空阀处增加限流孔板,使点火时不再发生因入口压力过高导致的联锁停车。通过以上技术改造,确保了SCV的平稳运行。

     

    Abstract: The receiving station of LNG Dalian Company Limited often had interlock shutdown at commissioning because of the abnormal operation of SCV. Therefore, it is necessary to modify SCV to make the operation normal and satisfy the need of production. By cutting a section of protecting casing of ignition gun, lengthening the extending length downwards of the ignition gun, the original situation of needing 4-5 times of ignition to ignite SCV has been improved, raising the one-time success rate of ignition to 100%. By changing the positions of flame detector and observation mirror, the misoperation and shutdown of SCV because there is fire in furnace but it is not detected by flame detector no longer occur. By adding a throttling orifice plate at the air release valve of the main pipeline of natural gas, the interlock shutdown due to high inlet pressure does not happen anymore when igniting. The technical renovation above ensures the steady operation of SCV.
