大牛地气田管网系统仿真模拟及优化

Simulation and optimization of pipeline network system in Daniudi Gasfield

  • 摘要: 随着大牛地气田的开发,气井压力逐渐降低,分析气田管网的运行状况,优化存在问题的管道对保证天然气正常输送具有重要意义。采用TGNET软件建立大牛地气田管网系统仿真模型,以单位长度压降为指标对管网运行现状进行分析,针对单位长度压降较大的管道,采用敷设副管的方法进行优化。基于TGNET软件对优化后管网进行模拟,优化后管道的单位长度压降降幅平均值为79.4%,3-阀室2、5-2、21-阀室B管道集气站最低出站压力分别降低0.09 MPa、0.21 MPa、0.06 MPa。结果表明:敷设副管能够降低管道压力损失和集气站出站压力,起到延缓气田增压时机的作用。

     

    Abstract: With the development of Daniudi Gasfield going on, the pressure of gas wells decreases gradually. Analyzing operation condition of pipeline network in the Gasfield and solving problems in the network are very important to ensure the normal transmission of natural gas. This paper analyzes the operation status of pipeline network with the index of pressure drop per unit by establishing Daniudi Gasfield pipeline network's simulation model with TGNET software, the pipeline network is optimized by laying looped pipeline for pipelines with high pressure drop per unit length. Simulation of the optimized network with TGNET shows that the mean pressure drop per unit length is 79.4%. The lowest outlet pressure of gas gathering stations reduced 0.09 MPa, 0.21 MPa and 0.06 MPa in 3-valve Chamber 2, 5-2, 21-valve Chamber B respectively. The results show that laying looped pipelines can reduce pressure loss of pipeline and outlet pressure of gas-gathering stations, so the gas boosting time can be put off.
