Abstract:
With the development of Daniudi Gasfield going on, the pressure of gas wells decreases gradually. Analyzing operation condition of pipeline network in the Gasfield and solving problems in the network are very important to ensure the normal transmission of natural gas. This paper analyzes the operation status of pipeline network with the index of pressure drop per unit by establishing Daniudi Gasfield pipeline network's simulation model with TGNET software, the pipeline network is optimized by laying looped pipeline for pipelines with high pressure drop per unit length. Simulation of the optimized network with TGNET shows that the mean pressure drop per unit length is 79.4%. The lowest outlet pressure of gas gathering stations reduced 0.09 MPa, 0.21 MPa and 0.06 MPa in 3-valve Chamber 2, 5-2, 21-valve Chamber B respectively. The results show that laying looped pipelines can reduce pressure loss of pipeline and outlet pressure of gas-gathering stations, so the gas boosting time can be put off.
