一种运行维护阶段的FMECA方法及软件实现

A method of FMECA and its software realization in operation and maintenance stage

  • 摘要: 设备的运行维护关系到设备使用的经济性和可靠性,需要通过科学的分析工具来规划维护工作以降低维护成本,保障设备可靠性。提出了一种应用于设备运行维护阶段的新型分层FMECA方法,将传统FMECA方法中的功能法和部件法相结合,进行功能子系统和部件相结合的故障模式分析,使得运行和维护建议更加具有针对性。以天然气加压站驱动用某型燃气轮机进气系统的运行维护为例,进行了FMECA分析,为设备的维护提出建议。在应用该FMECA方法分析过程中,开发了其软件管理系统,以辅助技术人员规范分析过程,减少分析的工作量,分析结果符合运行维护人员的经验,验证了该方法的正确性与可操作性。

     

    Abstract: The operation and maintenance of equipment affect the economy and reliability of the equipment, thus scientific analyzing tools are needed to plan maintenance work in order to reduce the maintenance cost and ensure the reliability of equipment. A new layered FMECA method is proposed for equipment operation and maintenance stage, which combines the function method and element method in traditional FMECA method to conduct the failure mode analysis according to function subsystem and parts, and make the operation and maintenance suggestions more specific. Taking the operation and maintenance of certain type of gas turbine inlet system in gas booster station driving as an example, FMECA analysis has been conducted to provide suggestions in equipment maintenance. During the analysis with FMECA method, its software management system has been developed to assist technicians in regulating analytical progress, reducing analytical workload, and the analytical results conform with the operation and maintenance staffs' experience, verifying the reliability and practicability of this method.
