管道全尺寸气体爆破试验完整性评估技术

Integrity assessment technology for pipeline full-size gas burst test

  • 摘要: 中国石油天然气管道建设飞速发展,但高压力、大口径以及X70钢级以上高强钢管材的长期服役状况和极限状态缺乏历史数据,不能准确评估管道运行风险。针对目前国内试验技术的现状,充分借鉴国外管道全尺寸爆破试验场的使用经验,研究了高钢级大口径高压气体管道爆破试验场的功能,分析了试验场针对管道长期服役失效的应用领域,以及各类试验所需要的测试参数。研究结果表明:建立系统的全尺寸爆破试验完整性评估技术手段,对于管道运行安全可靠性以及全生命周期管理是必要的,系统设计管道爆破试验场的参数和功能,可为我国建立管道爆破试验场提供数据支持,必将有利于管道完整性评估技术的发展,提高管道本质安全。

     

    Abstract: Oil and gas pipelines in China are developing rapidly, but there lacks the history data in long-term service and limit state of high strength steel pipelines which have high pressure, big diameter and steel grade higher than X70, and pipeline operation risks can not be evaluated accurately. In view of the present domestic experimental technology, the paper fully draws lesson upon the service condition of the pipeline full-size gas burst test field abroad, studies the function of gas pipeline burst test field of high-grade steel, large-diameter and high-pressure pipelines, analyzes the application field of testing field according to long-term service failure of pipeline, and test parameters needed in each test. The results show that for the reliability of pipeline operation safety and full life cycle management, it is necessary to establish a systematic integrity assessment technology of full-size blasting test, totally designing the parameters and function of pipeline burst test fields can provide data support to the establishment of pipeline burst test fields in China, and must do good to the development of integrity assessment technology of pipelines, and improvement of the intrinsic safety of pipeline.
