悬臂梁支撑法原理及其施工工艺

Principle and construction process of cantilever support method

  • 摘要: 海底管道悬跨是海洋石油管道工程中十分常见且亟需解决的问题。介绍了填充沙袋法、覆盖“仿生水草”法、灌浆法及固定支撑法等传统悬跨处理措施。阐述了悬臂梁支撑法处理管道悬跨的原理及其施工工艺。在海底管道底部安装支撑结构,并通过吸力桩将支撑结构固定到海底,可以在管道的生命周期内永久性解决管道悬跨问题。将悬臂梁支撑法应用于乐东气田某管道,结果表明:悬臂梁支撑方案施工工艺简单,不影响油田生产,而且可靠性高,在费用和效果上都具有很大的应用优势。该方法可为解决深水海底管道悬跨问题提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Free span of submarine pipeline is a very common and urgent problemto be solved in offshore oil pipeline engineering. Traditional measures for free span are introduced in this paper, such as filling sandbags, coverage of "bionic plants", grouting and fixed support method. The principle and construction process of cantilever support method are presented. The problem of free span can be solved for good in the life cycle of the pipe through mounting support structure on the bottom of the subsea pipeline and fixing it to the seabed with suction pile. The cantilever support method has been applied to Ledong Gas Pipeline. The result shows that the construction process of cantilever support program is simple, without disruption to oilfield production, and highly reliable. In addition, it has great application advantages in both cost and effectiveness. This method can provide a reference to the deepwater submarine pipeline free span.
