原油族组成及碳数分布对其低温流动特性的影响

Effects of crude oil family composition and carbon number distribution on its low temperature flow characteristics

  • 摘要: 不同原油因族组成和碳数分布差异,低温流动性往往差别较大。以阿赛管道沿线站场原油为研究对象,测定各油样族组分及碳数分布,利用灰色关联模型,分别以原油凝点和黏度为评价指标,系统分析了原油族组成及碳数分布中各单因素对原油凝点及黏度的影响程度,给出了各因素对原油低温流动性的贡献大小。结果表明:在原油组分中,蜡含量是影响原油低温流动特性最主要的因素,胶质、沥青质的影响则相对较小,油分含量对原油低温流动性的影响也不容忽视;在原油的碳数分布中,碳数分布在C16以下的油质对原油低温流动性的影响最大,而碳数分布在C16~C25和C31~C33的非晶蜡对原油低温流动性的影响程度较碳数分布在C26~C30和C34~C53的微晶蜡高。。

     

    Abstract: Due to the difference in family composition and carbon number distribution, different kinds of crude oil can be quite different in low temperature flow characteristics. Taking the Crude Oil Aershan-Saihautara as a studying object, the oil family components and carbon number distribution of each crude oil sample are measured. By using grey correlation model and taking crude pour point and viscosity as assessment criteria, the influence degree of each single factor in crude oil family composition and carbon number distribution on crude pour point and viscosity are analyzed systematically and the contribution of each factor to the low temperature flow characteristics of crude oil is worked out. The results show that in the crude oil components, wax content is the factor which influences low temperature flow characteristics most, while colloid and asphaltene contents have lower impact. In addition, the impact of oil content on low temperature flow characteristics cannot be ignored. In the carbon number distribution of crude oil, quality of oil with carbon number under C16 has the highest impact on the low temperature flow characteristics of crude oil, while the impact of amorphous wax with the carbon number of C16-C25 and C31-C33 is higher than that of microcrystalline wax with the carbon number of C26-C30 and C34-C53.
