大连-沈阳天然气管道冰堵成因及处置措施

Causes and treatment measures against ice blockage in Dalian-Shenyang Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 我国东北地区冬季严寒,天然气管网在运行过程极易出现冻堵。大连-沈阳天然气管道承担着大连LNG外输任务,自2011年底投产以来,出现多次冰堵。基于此,从管道所在地气候、地理、气源和冰堵原理等角度,分析指出大连-沈阳管道冰堵原因:在投运过程中,残留水在管道低洼处聚集,在冬季较低气温和管道内高压的共同作用下,达到水合物形成条件,因而发生冰堵。在分析注醇、伴热、降压防治方法的优缺点及适用条件的基础上,根据低剂量高效抑制剂的特点,得出结论:高效抑制剂可以降低大连-沈阳天然气管道水合物的形成温度,较好地延缓水合物的形成,进而为天然气管道冰堵防治工作提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Under the extreme cold in winter in northeastern China, ice blockage accident is very likely to happen in gas pipelines during operation. Dalian-Shenyang Gas Pipeline undertakes the task of LNG export from Dalian, and ice blockage has happened many times after the pipeline's commissioning at the end of 2011. So, this paper analyzes and points out the cause of ice blockage in Dalian-Shenyang Gas Pipeline from aspects of climate, geography, gas source and principle of ice blockage. The cause is that during the process of commissioning, the left water gathered in the low positon places of pipeline, and under the combined effects of low temperature in winter and high pressure inside pipeline, hydrate formed to block the pipeline. Based on the analysis of the applicable conditions and advantages and disadvantages of alcohol injection, heat tracing and pressure reducing, according to the features of low dose highly efficient inhibitor, it is concluded that highly efficient inhibitor can effectively decrease the forming temperature of hydrate in Dalian-Shenyang Gas Pipeline and delay the forming of hydrate. Thus, it can provide a reference to the precaution work of ice blockage in gas pipeline.
